"The car choice will be 1964 Ferrari F1 (1.5L) > powered down to simulate F2 (1.0L) of the time (or set to 70% power). The car is just over 1000 lbs and 210hp (still in S-class). So 70% should put it at about 150hp. Brands Hatch & Monza are included. Watkins Glen + Nordschleiffe will complete the series. Usual 10 laps each x 2 races (except Nordschleiffe) for total event time of 1 hr.

Get your liveries ready. The 1964 F2 teams were Brabham, Lotus, Weigner, Stanguellini, Lola, & Cooper. So we are using '64 Ferrari F1 but Ferrari did NOT participate in F2."

"There will be 1hr test session to finalize power balancing for those who do NOT have 1964 Ferrari F1.

Test Track: Monza, 5 Laps
1964 Ferrari F1 @100% Power
1966 McLaren F1 @70% Power tentatively
1967 F1 (all) @55% Power tentatively, good chance this may be dropped to 50% after testing

1966 & 1967 F1 will require gear setup for less power.
All setups allowed."

Testing is complete.
Eagle is good. So is Brabham. And Lotus.
McLaren is perfect at 70% power.
Honda is slow.

Monza Full Alt test time for Ferrari was 1:48.

For May rounds, the lap numbers will be adjusted for about 45 minutes of racing.

eg. Monza will be about 24 laps.

Race #1 at Brand Hatch is tonight. 10 laps in Wet and 10 laps in Dry. Random grid.

Tonight's race length will be adjusted to 15 Laps each to make it over 20 minutes but less than 30.

Attendance was low but the action was not. Colton took advantage of my crash and secured an easy lead in the first race.

Dry race was a close race, again with Colton. After 15 Laps we were separated only by 2 seconds!

BCK finished strong 2nd and 3rd while ElChupa in '66 McLaren was struggling with the pace.

I posted some pictures of the race, including the one where Colton and I crossed wheels!
