2017 Global Endurance Championship (PC & FM)

In 2014, it took Wagon/Dave/Blonde, Carter/Macace and Insayne/Woody/Nightmare 36 hours to earn the right the be called champions. In 2016, it took SECR (Copper/Marko) and SamKel (Samson/Maverick) 48 hours to earn that same right. We won't know until December who will add their names to the list of GSREC champions; but we do know it will take them a record 54 hours complete with all of the countless euphoric highs and crushing lows that come with multi-class P1 & GT racing on 6 of the world's greatest endurance race circuits.

Grab a friend or two (or drive solo if you have no friends) and get behind the wheel of one of today's finest LMP 1 or GT3 cars for the ultimate test of endurance.

This championship will again take place on both FM and PC, with 3 races taking place on FM (Daytona, Nurbugring and Road Atlanta) and 3 taking place on PC (Silverstone, Le Mans and Spa). This year, Silverstone will replace Sebring and Spa has been extended from a 6 hour to a 12 hour event.

February 11th - 12 Hours of Daytona (FM)
April 22nd - 6 Hours of Silverstone (PC)
June 10th - 12 Hours of Le Mans (PC)
August 12th - 6 Hours of Nurburgring (FM)
October 14th - 12 Hours of Spa (PC)
December 16th - 6 Hours of Road Atlanta (FM)

Samson and I will be there although I haven't ran any laps yet so don't know what a good time is.

Alas I'm shackled to my girlfriends family coming to stay this weekend... It's a bit of a liberty she's taking but I value my balls slightly more than a GSREC championship win (close call). Hope you all have a fun clean race. I'll try and catch some of the streams if possible.

Sorry guys I think I'm going to have to miss this race, I just recently added a new vehicle to my transportation company which is an SUV and I have a great SUV run tomorrow that I just can't miss out. I'll try to see if I'm able to make a stint but I highly doubt it.

Great racing with you fellas, the teams performed well and it was nice to show up to our first race and put up an impressive fight. Looking forward to facing S.E.C.R. at Spa!

My party chat died towards the end of the last stint and I could rejoin sadly .

Great racing tonight by everyone but a special mention to tonight's new comers for a great race . How a 6 hour race can come down to 1km is beyond me . See yous in spa .

Good clean racing today. Glad to get the win thanks to BCK. Not a high turnout but it's a good championship weekend. All the GT cars were very accommodating to Prototypes passsing also, thank you to all of you. Special shout out to Samson. That 3rd stint battle we had was incredible, 45 minutes of tight close racing. Thanks for that man. Marko, incredible race and congrats on the win! Onto my favorite race in there cars now, see everyone at Spa!

Well done SECR. I was stuck out of town in Austin on baby duty while the wife was at a bachelorette party. i was with you all in spirit though. I'll be back in full effect for Spa. Looking forward to it.

It all started with a single man and a single team it all ended with the batteries dying, I will be back for Spa this time I promise I wont be sick, see you all in PC
