2017 Global Endurance Championship (PC & FM)

In 2014, it took Wagon/Dave/Blonde, Carter/Macace and Insayne/Woody/Nightmare 36 hours to earn the right the be called champions. In 2016, it took SECR (Copper/Marko) and SamKel (Samson/Maverick) 48 hours to earn that same right. We won't know until December who will add their names to the list of GSREC champions; but we do know it will take them a record 54 hours complete with all of the countless euphoric highs and crushing lows that come with multi-class P1 & GT racing on 6 of the world's greatest endurance race circuits.

Grab a friend or two (or drive solo if you have no friends) and get behind the wheel of one of today's finest LMP 1 or GT3 cars for the ultimate test of endurance.

This championship will again take place on both FM and PC, with 3 races taking place on FM (Daytona, Nurbugring and Road Atlanta) and 3 taking place on PC (Silverstone, Le Mans and Spa). This year, Silverstone will replace Sebring and Spa has been extended from a 6 hour to a 12 hour event.

February 11th - 12 Hours of Daytona (FM)
April 22nd - 6 Hours of Silverstone (PC)
June 10th - 12 Hours of Le Mans (PC)
August 12th - 6 Hours of Nurburgring (FM)
October 14th - 12 Hours of Spa (PC)
December 16th - 6 Hours of Road Atlanta (FM)

Its default PI is way higher than the others (around 850-860).

Trying to join Team, but is not working.

Quimera Motorsport, RWD #25 (PACRS),and to make things easier, we are going to use #25 on Forza too. So it will be general #25 for the team.

I'm currently looking for a team for this year's GSREC. I would be open to returning to S.E.C.R but I'm glad they have filled the seats for their second car with two outstanding drivers. I'm open to either class my only issue is that my work schedule is kinda weird so I would preferably need the afternoon stints. Message me on xbox or on here if I seem like a good fit.

Smokez has officially announced his return for a 2nd season in GT class in the #74 420 Motorsports Audi R8 LMS Ultra.

His 2016 GSREC Results:

12 Hours of Daytona - 2nd in class

6 Hours of Sebring - 3rd in class

6 Hours of Road Atlanta - 1st in class

There will be an open test session at Daytona this Thursday (26th)

The lobby will be open for practice, and will give us an opportunity to go over some of the new series rules for this season.

Lobby will run 17:00 - 22:00 (eastern) / 22:00 - 03:00 (gmt) in 1 hour segments.

S.E.C.R are putting a team together in the LMP class,we are currently looking for a third driver to go along with The1PLUS2Rieck and Dead Arm Tzar in the #59 Audi ,the team will be called Ardent S.E.C.R anyone interested just fire a message to Copper or Marko ,cheers boys

I'm still getting use to the wheel on Forza, it just feels different compared to PCars. Also is the Audi just slow on the straights?....

I remember having a few kph on it in a straight line. Trim it out.

Audi has a bit of a fuel advantage over the Toyota at Daytona.

I remember last year over the course of the race I had to make 1 more stop in the Toyota over the Audi. Speed is all about how much you trim. I'm interested in the pace of the Porsche

I was watching mavericks fast lap from a few days ago and the line he took looked weird lol. Yeah I'm like 4 seconds off the pace right now. As of right now I'm about half a second faster with my controller than what I can run with my wheel.

Messed around with my wheel settings and shaved off another second. I also dropped my aero some. The brake peddle is a bitch on the G920.

That was not a fast line, it was my super secret "don't know what I'm doing line". Plus I'm one of the slowest of my GSR friends so don't follow that line haha.

Lmao yeah on the first hairpin I was just like wtf kinda line was that!? Lol but hey I'm still 2.2 seconds slower than you so yeah.... haha

Well in two days of running laps I have dropped down to a 1:34.7 from a 1:38. Still a lot of room for improvement but it is a start.
