At least you only have to sort 3 lobbies this time instead of 6. Might be a bit easier given the first 6 hours went quite well (comparatively).

I just want to properly congratulate Team Highlands Racing and Kriegsmachine Autowerkes #911 for their class victories. Impressive drives all day!

Special shoutout to Mystic in the #55 Ferrari for driving solo and still finishing on the GT podium!

And thank you to all 30+ drivers who stuck with it all day and were very patient and understanding while we improvised on the fly all day trying to make the damn game work. It wasn't an ideal day for anyone, but the effort from everyone was pretty incredible!

Its quite sad how this game is taking the fun out of racing. Hopefully they patch this thing and get it right. Its the only legit sim on console in my opinion.

Thanks for hosting Blonde. Glad to see I’m not completely off the pace. Although it felt like I was going 300k the whole lap and took a while for everything to slow down.

Pity I couldn't join. I did manage to watch some of you on Mixer, though. Man, did I see a lot of damaged vehicles!
For all that couldn't join the practice session like me: it might be wise to practice some races with a similar mixed AI field - LMP1 and GT3 - (@min.100% difficulty) to get used to the speed difference.
It sure opened my eyes: Long Beach is tricky with both GT3 and LMP1 on the track. Way more so than most other tracks.

Unfortunately of the 12 cars in the season yesterday only 2 were GT, so it's tough to get a proper read on GT times.

I'll be hosting another practice during race week just for this reason. For this race it's especially important we get as many cars practicing together ahead of time.

6 Hours of Long Beach qualifying is this Saturday. Only 1 driver from each team will be able to qualify the car. Teams who do not post a qualifying time will start the race at the back of the field.

Practice (45 minutes GT & P1) - 14:00 eastern / 19:00 gmt

Qualifying (30 minutes GT) - 15:00 eastern / 20:00 gmt

Qualifying (30 minutes P1) 15:45 eastern / 20:45 gmt
