Rule updates

(As of 19/04/2014, 03:37AM GMT)

1. There will be a pace car for every race. All starts except for Indy GP will be rolling.

2. Top 15 QF times will be in lobby 1. QF times 16-32 will be in lobby 2.

3. Pace car speed will be 50mph. Cars are to follow in single file well behind the pace car, giving space to each car ahead of them.

4. Cars will get in double file formation following final turn. (Odd numbers inside, even numbers outside) Indianapolis 200 will be 3 wide. At this point the pace car will pull into pits. The field is to maintain at 50mph until the pace car begins the race by saying "green green green."

5. In the event of a crash involving multiple cars a full course caution will come out. Once the pace car driver says "full course caution" all cars are to maintain their positions on track. The pace car will pick up the leader and all cars will follow in single file.

6. During a full course caution the pits will be closed unless you have damage.

7. Upon restart the pace car will pull into the pits. Once the pace car driver says "Pace car off track" the leader can accelerate between that moment and the start finish line. The minimum speed the leader may go is 50mph, and once they begin to accelerate they must continue.

8. Passing the pace car without being waved around, the leader accelerating before the pace car has pulled off track on a start or restart, and making contact with the pace car will each result in a mandatory stop and go penalty which must be served within 2 laps.

9. The pace car will do their best to notify cars on track of cars exiting pit lane.

10. There will be a mandatory pit window in each race. Pitting outside of the window or under caution will not count as your mandatory pit stop.

11. There will be no full course cautions in the final 3 laps.
