Series Description

With the Mini's dominating the early 1960's BTCC this championship will be a throwback to the old times, with the light and nimble go-kart like Mini Cooper S charging around circuits old and new, this will surely be an exciting championship from start to end!

This series will be run on Forza Motorsport 5 on the Xbox One.

Regulations

Technical Regulations

- All competitors will run the 1965 Mini Cooper S. Tuning is allowed for this championship.


Sporting Regulations

- This championship will be run individally with no teams.

- Driver number must be displayed on a drivers car.

- Only cockpit view will be allowed.

- TCS, ABS, STM Allowed

- Simulation/Normal steering allowed

- Manual w/clutch allowed

- Braking line is forced off

- There will be no full-course caution periods.

- There will be no restarts during a race unless lag causes a multi-car accident in the first two laps. 

- There will be no qualifying for this series, grid position will be determined at random.

Points

Points – Points will be awarded at the end of a race, you will accumulate points towards the driver standings dependent upon your finishing position in each race.

Below are the finishing race positions and corresponding points allocations for the driver.

*1 point will be awarded to the driver who scores the fastest clean lap of the race

If you cannot get yor car to the correct overall stats, please contact an admin.

Do Not Install Any Parts That are Not Listed. 

Tuning is allowed for this series and is encouraged. 

Paint

Drivers must include their driver number on their paint, other than this the paiint for this series is open to be as simple/complicated as the driver wishes. Howevew, realistic paints are encouraged but are not mandatory.  Offensive/graphic images will not be permitted on a paint.

Reporting Of Race Incidents

Reporting Of Race Incidents – All incidents must be reported directly after the race and not during the race. Race incidents will not be discussed during the race and all replays must be saved by the driver making the complaint because if there is a lag which caused the incident then it will not be visible by somebody else’s replay.

The replay/replays will be reviewed by the administrators and a decision will be made as to whether or not anyone is to blame and if a penalty should be given to any or both drivers.
