I'm not sure if I'm going to make the race today or not. If not, can someone take the reins and host?

I can go ahead and host if you need me to, just need to know the race length.

What do you guys think of the idea of switching over to FM6 effective immediately for the remainder of this series? (Adding applicable cars and tracks)
Wed 16 Sep 2015, 17:15
:)

I'm contemplating switching to new cars, either McLaren or Eagle but have not decided yet.

McLaren, while underpowered, has personal nostalgic value; and that Eagle T1G is just so sexy looking + only one of three (3) F1s to have their team owner win a race in a vehicle of their construction! It was like Enzo Ferrari jumping into one of their F1 car then winning a race . . . (kind of ridiculous)

Another team owner to win F1 race in a car of own construction was McLaren (RIP Bruce . . .).

Third team owner, I think, was Sir Jack Brabham.

So Bravo to T10 to pay tribute to these drivers/teams/cars in the most beautiful way.

If T10 would add '67 Ferrari 312 F1 (because it is a Ferrari) and the Honda RA273 (historically significant because it was first Japanese entry) we would be all set. Plus old Spa . . . and Mosport . . . and Kyalami . . . and old Nordschleiffe . . .

Effective immediately this series will move from FM5 to FM6.

The following cars have been added:

1967 Eagle-Weslake T1G
1966 McLaren M2B

The following calendar changes have been made:

Watkins Glen (short alt) replaces Road America
Monza (full alt) replaces Laguna Seca

The series will continue as planned October 5th with the Australian Grand Prix at Bathurst!

I'm waiting for Forza 7 to come out. :)

Seriously though, yes we now have the ability to have a grid of 24 people...let's take advantage of that!

And my guaranteed podium . . . !
Tue 27 Oct 2015, 01:05
I really shouldn't be the one to talk with how my attendance has been for this series...but it is pretty frustrating getting 3-5 people week to week when we have 11 entries. (I'm still unsure why we don't have more, but that's another topic altogether)
