Formula Ford Championship: Season 2 (FM Level 1)

Formula Ford (FM6): The first step on the open wheel ladder, Formula Ford will consist of an even mix of oval and road course events in order to prepare old and new members for GSR’s diverse championships.

3-April-16 Circuit of the Americas West (x2) – 12 laps (x2) – 12:00 PM EST/5:00 PM GMT
24-April-16 Indianapolis Brickyard (x2) – 18 laps (x2) – 12:00 PM EST/5:00 PM GMT

A couple of rule clarifications:

1. The only upgrade allowed will be race differential.

2. Race #1 will begin with a random standing start, while race #2 will start with a random rolling start.

Upon further review, race differential was allowed under season 1 rules. So that will be the only upgrade allowed.

Couldn't make it, unluckily. I was running constantly under 1:05.5xx while practising.

All the cars will be forced stock for this race and Indianapolis, so no tuning. Staying in the draft and keeping your lane will be much more important than lap times.

Well those two races were rather dull from a passing standpoint. Good racing up front the second race with blood and maverick though. Hopefully Indy will promote more side by side racing.
