August 30th - Yas Marina x 2
September 13th - Silverstone (International) x 2
September 27th- Nurburgring GP x 2
October 11th - Le Mans (Bugatti) x 2
November 1st - Indianapolis (Oval) x 2

The car is the Formula Ford.... Tune I believe whatever you can tune on the stock car. No upgrades, just tuning.

The only permitted upgrade is race differential. Tuning is allowed. In addition to the driver's championship, there will also be a team championship (max 2 drivers per team).

We seem to be having some issues with the sign up process. For the time being, if you wish to sign up just post so below, and state if you wish to create a team or join a team and we will add it manually until the problem is solved.

#67 GRD 4 3L = Team Footwork. The team won't be able to join the 1st race due to discovery of a hidden tool in a sock during customs inspection. Despite the irony of Team Footwork being hampered by a sock, the team remains in good spirits.

The team will therefore rent a Formula Ford to at least conduct tuning/trial sessions only.

Team Footwork's rental FF in tuning trial session last night resulted in 2:17 fastest lap, 2:18 average. Missed you, MB27. I got on late last night.

What exactly are the rules regarding corner cutting at Yas? I can get into the 2:17s, but that requires putting a little more than two wheels out of bounds.

Two wheels must remain on the track. All four wheels on the paint/over the curbs is considered cutting.

Anyone got a tune they would share for this please. I have had so little time and am not getting on well at all, i'm well in the 2:20's with most laps at 2:23 or thereabouts.

Razor, I would be happy to share my tune but I'm not completely happy with it at the moment. I like low downforce therefore the rear end is still quite "lively". I'll share it tonight so you can try it out to see if it fits your driving style. It can do 2:18, 2:17 if pushed, and I managed a "!" 2:16.9 as well.
