Race Description

   This race will feature fast cars on a rectangular piece of pavement. Turn left, go straight, don't crash. Rinse and Repeat.

   This race will be run on Project Cars 2 on the Xbox One.

- Tuning is allowed and encouraged

2016 Chevrolet Dallara IR-12 Chevrolet (Speedway)
2016 Honda Dallara IR-12 Honda (Speedway)

 

Rules

General:

 

- A 3-wide rolling start will be used for the start, while restarts will be single file.

- Cautions will be used for crashes involving 2 or more cars.

- Pits will be closed until all cars are grouped up. Cars involved in caution must go to back of line.

- Race will be 100 laps.

- Any interference with the ongoing race (i.e. crashing, pushign out of fuel cars), or unecessary behavior (i.e., donuts,burnouts) will result in a disqualification.

- Any driver that leaves or lags out will be recorded as completing the amount of laps the game results show. 

 

Lobby Settings

Lobby will be set to clear weather at 9:00, clear weather, and spring.

Damage will be set to performance impacting.

Mechanical failures are on.

Pit stops are manual.

Driver aids will be set to realistic.

 

Reporting Of Race Incidents

 All incidents can be reported directly after a stint has been completed. Video evidence must be presented to the admins in order for a review to take place. It is up to each team/driver to present video evidence and not the admin team.

The replay/replays will be reviewed by the administrators and a decision will be made as to whether or not anyone is to blame and if a penalty should be given to one drivers or the entire team

Penalties may include, depending on the severity, a drive-through, loss of laps/position, probation, or suspension of drivers/team from the series.
