This championship will be run on Forza Motorsport 5 on the Xbox One.

Just did about 8 laps in the Peugeot 908 with a stock tune. My best clean lap was a 1:52.871.

That was a great session, guys! Seemed to be very productive for all who took part, as I believe every single one of us was able to knock off at least 2 seconds off our previous times, and were able to become far more consistent. Looking forward to the next one!

I feel I can run that track with a blindfold on. I probably ran damn near 60 laps around there.

I also think it was awesome that Green and I could run lap times within a tenth of a second while running two completely different tunes.

I don't run with any assists. I'm not sure about the other guys but I believe they don't either.

I don't use any. We are currently working on coming up with a schedule for official practices.

You're more than welcome to use STM, ABS and TCS if need be. If anyone is having troubles, we recommend they use any combination of the assists. Some guys do use assists.

Nice improvement on times! I bet if you put in another 30 laps or so you could drop your time even more. But that is a great improvement so far, hopefully you can make it when we practice next!

There will be a practice lobby open tonight from 4pm eastern/8pm gmt until 8pm eastern/12 am gmt. Sessions will be 30 minutes.

Racing1egend83, turn off ABS, STM, and TCS and I'm sure you can crack into the 1.54's. The r18 has a lot of grip in the turns, so you don't really have to worry about the rear coming out on you like you do in the Peugeot.

ENTRY LIST UPDATE:

The GT grid is now FULL. Any drivers looking to enter in GT class must join an existing team. There are currently 2 spots available in the Ferrari, 2 in the Viper and 2 in the Corvette.

There are 3 grid spots available in Prototype.

There are 3 grid spots available in Track class.

Thinking of entering. Could you explain how the timings work? 1hr 50 mins stints then how do we swap drivers?? Confused......???

It will be based on distance driven. So we run for 1 hour 50 minutes and then record the distance (in miles) at the end; then driver 2 will jump in the lobby and we run for another 1 hour 50 minutes, and so it goes. This format SHOULD work just fine, but if we do encounter any problems during round 1 at Sebring we will take a look at a new format.

I'm starting up a practice lobby at Sebring in a few minutes if anyone would like to join me. Sessions will last 45 minutes and will run for the next 3 hours or so. (posted at 5:30pm eastern)

March 14th GSREC practice results have been posted. macace21 in a Peugeot posted the fastest Prototype time of the session with a 1:50.783.

Amplitude was quickest in GT again with a class record lap time of 2:05.343 in his #25 BMW.

WagonDude lead Track class with a personal best of 2:14.334.
